Our factory is equipped with advanced production lines, including three coating lines. They are designed by our engineers, and one of them is a 5-coating baking line. As the most advanced coating lines in this industry, it adopts the lasted coating technology, Lenze control systems, and computer scan functions. This line can produce up to 100 wood/marble patterns, and with the width up to 2,200mm.
Two aluminum composite panel lines. They can produce ACP with width up to 2,000mm. ACP thickness from 2mm to 25mm. Combined with two rollers and melting polyethylene, this line can produce fireproof ACP with 80% aluminum hydroxide, reaching FR-A2 with almost no smoke and unfired.
